To lose myself in travel world

I discovered this awesome bookshop, in Amsterdam, on an internet search, Reisboekhandel Pied à Terre.

Quite big and full of travel books, international guides (in several languages) and a very diversified offer on maps, even military ones, found one from Alentejo, Portugal.

Also you can find postcards (there were some new ones with a bit of water from the channels, clean water), notebooks, travel gadgets and you can buy a globe to spin and find the next place to travel. There were a few of them, in several sizes and different colours, even in pink.

Choose some books and take a seat at the little coffee shop, while you drink a hot drink like cappuccino and enjoy the wonderful travel ambience.

It’s around 10 minutes walking from Van Gogh Museum, at Overtoom, 135-137.
